Shipping and Returns

Currently, we only deliver to addresses in Singapore and Malaysia. Hence, visitors from other countries will not be able to view the product prices. However, you can email us the list of items you are interested in and we will revert with the prices and shipping validity if available to your country on ad hoc basis. We seek your understanding with this and we are trying to improve our site to serve you better.

All items will be packed with care to prevent damage. You can choose from the following shipping options (Singapore only):

> Next working day (speedpost) - S$10

> 2-3 working days (registered mail) - S$4

> 5 working days (normal postage) - FREE

We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcel should you opt for normal postage. No compensation will be entertained for the above.  

If you would prefer to collect your purchase, we also have a self-collection option. This is free, and you can collect at our showroom during weekdays (excluding Public Holidays) from 11am - 6pm.

Gift wrapping services are currently unavailable, but if you are looking for a gift, we suggest selecting one from our range of gift sets available.


International Shipping

- International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your order.
- Tracking is available on certain delivery services. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link for your parcel once it has been despatch.
- You might face customs or import duties charges for your order. We have no control over the charges and information of what they might be. Any charges must be paid by the recipent of the order.
- Delivery time quoted is an estimation. Items might go through several change of hands if delivery location is situated in suburban areas.
- All items may be subjected to custom inspection which may require additional days. 

We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcel once it leaves our hands. Customs in some countries may confiscate or delay the shipment based on their own policies. As much as we do not want that to happen, it is imperative that you understand the possibility of it. No compensation will be entertained for the above.  

Return Policy

There are strictly no returns unless items are damaged or defective upon receipt. In such cases, please contact us via email at within 10 working days. Please note that we will only do exchanges for items that are brand new and unused. We will not offer any cash refunds unless the item is Out of Stock. In your email, please include the following information

·         Email Address

·         Mailing Address

·         Damaged/Defective Item(s) and Description (you may attach a photograph as well)
